●  Our “Nagarik Seva Kendra” mentors the citizens with support and basic information enabling them to avail of those schemes and services along with the help in paperwork.

●  Our purpose is to avail multiple schemes and services to the beneficiaries from our single point centers which will increase the mobility of their work avoiding visits to multiple offices and shops.

●  People getting benefited and complete awareness about all the schemes and services which are appropriate for them from our centers.

●  Proper assessment by a survey of the community for understanding their needs and conducting door to door visits helping them with information and knowledge suitable for themselves.

Below are the services offered at our single point "Citizen Resource and Support Centers" for our community people -

1. Banking Facility (Account Opening, Deposit & Withdrawal)
2. Insurance and pension schemes.
3. E-governance Services (Driving License, Voter Card, Aadhar Card, Ration Card Pan Card, Passport, Marriage Registration, Birth Registration, Income certificate, Address change Etc.)
4. Income tax return, GST Registration, MSME Registration
5. Local jobs and Government Job Information, Access, and application for these jobs. (Form filling, Connection, Opportunities)

6. Special Needs such as (RTI, RTE Application, Net to print, behalf of Citizens)
7. All Government Schemes Information` and Access as they entitled for.
8. Legal/financial Assistance and Access to Opportunity and Service.
9. Kids’ Education Opportunity, Scholarship, and Schemes.
